Services We Provide
The Irving Park Community Food Pantry provides a 3-5 day supply of food to our clients, based on the number of people in the household. The food we distribute is meant to supplement food that clients may be able to obtain through other means , such as SNAP benefits or WIC food packages.
In addition to food…
When available, the Irving Park Community Food Pantry will distribute additional household items such as toiletries and diapers, infant formula, hats, gloves and socks. Clients should inform the intake coordinator if they are in need of any of these items.
Pet Food
The Pet Food Corner at the Irving Park Community Food Pantry aims to assist unemployed and underemployed families who have trouble feeding and caring for their beloved pets. Pet food distribution occurs during regular Pantry hours, on Wednesday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and the second Tuesday of every month from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Clients should let the intake coordinator know if pet food is needed.
